Sr. Software Engineer for a Global Electronics Manufacturing Company for Kolkata, West Bengal location.
Experience : 3 -5 Years
The purpose of this role is to ensure to manage BCS Release , CMRI application release , develop Linux based sands, develop PDS application for BRPL, Resolving day to day production Issues to minimize production loss, Resolve customer complaints related to CMRI/BCS and impart training / guide team members .
Job Responsibilities Include:
– Write software application, specifications and documentation
– Engage directly with customers, R&D and production department; to design, develop, and deploy software applications
– Lead design and development reviews of customer / manufacturing applications
– Test, troubleshoot, and enhance applications for electrical energy meter data download
– Continuously identify technical risks and gaps; devise mitigation strategies in anticipation of production and customer needs
– Ensure quality, customer focused solutions are achieved and maintained in a timely manner.
– Knowledge on Electrical Energy Metering domain
Qualification : B.E /B.Tech
3-5 years in relevant experience in following industries –
Metering
Energy
Telecommunication
