Civil Engineer with apprx 5 years in API Industry (mandatory), B.Tech-Civil
Job Location : Raichur, Karnataka for a Global API Manufacturing Set-up
Job responsibilities include:
- Coordinating with Structural consultants for the preparation of Building Designs & Layouts.
- Preparation of structural, Building & GA drawings.
- Evaluation of Contact vendor’s competency.
- Preparation of BOQ with SAP codes to create the Purchase requisition for the project works.
- Preparing Estimation of Civil Works BOQ along with Costing.
- Preparation of Work Planner chats (Gantt chart).
- Execution of Works as per Designs in coordination with internal all stake holders.
- Executing the project, anticipating and solving out bottle necks of the project.
- Ensure the vendors should follow Safety procedures as per company policy.
- Ensure the availability of Statutory compliance documents.
- Pursuing the quality of work, up to the mark of IS standards.
- Coordinating with vendors & material suppliers for proper movement of work without delay.
- Completing the project within the timelines.
- Checking and finalizing the running bills.
- Negotiations & Finalization of contractors.
- Reporting day to day project MIS
