For a growing multinational Company in API Industry
Job Location : Raichur (Karnataka)
Qualification & Exp : 7 – 8 years with MBA / MSW or Equivalent
Language (must have) : Kannada
Job responsibilities include:
- Benchmarking plant practices against best practices in the industry
- Preparing HR policies and improve the existing policies to bring in clarity amongst all employees
- Manpower planning and positioning of manpower as per required skills
- Facilitating organizational structuring to enhance productivity
- Promoting employee morale & harmonious employee relations
- Administration of Performance Appraisal System and secure uniformity of assessment
- Facilitating talent development agenda
- Promoting cross functional interfaces and open communication
- Monitoring compliance with statutory requirements & appropriate safety/ environmental standards
- Coordination with Contractors, Service Providers and ensure smooth functioning of the plant
- Dealing appropriately with Unions if any
- Maintaining Public Relations with all relevant Bureaucrats, Other state and central government agencies with regard to statutory compliance
- Managing cordial relationship with external Govt. / Non-Govt. agencies
